Digital Product License Terms

These Digital Product License Terms apply to digital books, PDFs, gamebooks, tabletop roleplaying materials, supplements, downloads, and other digital creative products published by Subrosa Games, owned by JITT Holdings, Inc.

1. License Grant

When you lawfully purchase or receive a Subrosa Games digital product, you receive a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to download, access, read, and use the product for your own personal entertainment and tabletop gaming purposes.

2. What You May Do

You may:

  • Read and use the product for personal entertainment.
  • Use the product in private tabletop roleplaying sessions.
  • Print a personal copy for your own use, unless the product page says otherwise.
  • Quote short excerpts for review, commentary, or discussion where permitted by law.

3. What You May Not Do

You may not:

  • Resell, redistribute, upload, share, or give away the digital files.
  • Post full books, PDFs, gamebooks, or substantial excerpts online.
  • Remove copyright notices, trademarks, watermarks, or ownership notices.
  • Use the products to train AI models, datasets, commercial tools, or automated content systems.
  • Create commercial derivative products without written permission.
  • Claim ownership of Subrosa Games characters, settings, fiction, trade names, or protected expression.

4. Game Mechanics and Creative Expression

Game ideas, procedures, concepts, and mechanics may receive different treatment under intellectual property law than written expression, artwork, characters, settings, logos, and product text. These terms do not claim ownership over general ideas or lawful independent creations, but they do protect Subrosa Games’ original written expression, worldbuilding, presentation, trade dress, characters, fiction, and branded materials.

5. Fan Content

You may create non-commercial fan content for personal games, discussion, and community enjoyment, provided that you do not imply that your work is official, sponsored, endorsed, or owned by Subrosa Games or JITT Holdings, Inc.

Commercial publication, crowdfunding, paid supplements, paid fiction, paid adaptations, or merchandise based on Subrosa Games intellectual property requires written permission.

6. Reviews, Actual Play, and Commentary

You may discuss, review, stream, or create commentary about Subrosa Games products, including reasonable screenshots or short excerpts, provided that your use does not replace the need to purchase the original product and complies with applicable law.

7. No Transfer

Your digital product license is personal to you. You may not sell, lend, sublicense, rent, publicly distribute, or transfer your digital files or access rights to another person.

8. Reservation of Rights

All rights not expressly granted are reserved by JITT Holdings, Inc. and/or Subrosa Games. Purchase of a product does not transfer copyright, trademark rights, ownership rights, or publishing rights.

9. Termination

This license terminates automatically if you violate these terms. Upon termination, you must stop using the digital product and delete unauthorized copies.
